New to our studio?

Check out our new client specials!

We offer a variety of classes and styles of movement at our studio. We want you to find the class(es) that work best for you so you can have a fantastic experience at our beautiful, clean, serene space.

Below, please find answers to some common questions.
If you have further questions, please contact us.

  • We suggest those who are new to yoga or returning after some time away begin with gentle, slow flow, or all levels. Moderate yoga & vinyasa are more vigorous classes, and a working knowledge of fundamental poses is assumed.

We have a 6 week Beginners Yoga Series starting Sunday 11/10 12-1pm. Register via our schedule

For barre, while these classes are a challenging workout, they are quite fun and new clients who are in good health and injury free can start anytime with any barre class. The same goes for Mat Pilates.

For reformer, we recommend starting with our Thursday evening 7:15pm beginners reformer class. Space is limited, so please register via our schedule. If that time doesn’t work for you, we recommend a 1:1 session first to get accustomed to the reformer apparatus and the exercises if possible. Have a group of friends interested? We can do a private class for groups as well! Contact us here. For more information, see our Class Descriptions page or feel free to contact us.

  • We recommend clients enroll in our Premium Intro Package which includes 3 weeks of unlimited yoga, mat, pilates, and barre classes plus 3 reformer classes for $99. This way, you can try all our studio has to offer and decide from there what your future plans will be. Taking 3+ classes a week will allow you to immerse in our studio experience, and we highly recommend new and current clients alike make a point to attend class consistently.

  • Absolutely. If you are recovering from a life event, or if you’d simply feel at ease by meeting with an instructor 1:1 for some guidance on what the next step should be in terms of classes, please contact us to schedule a 1:1 session.

  • Membership is a reoccurring monthly payment option that offers the most affordable rates for our classes.

For yoga, mat pilates and barre we offer an unlimited membership as well as a 4 class/month membership. Quarterly and yearly payment options are also available.

For reformer, we offer 4 and 8 class/month memberships. All classes, regardless of membership, require reservations.

These are auto-debited memberships but there's no minimum commitment, so you can cancel with 14 days notice by sending a text to 203-260-7383.

  • Wear clothing that you feel comfortable exercising in. We keep the temperature moderate to warm, but some classes run cooler/warmer than others based off the pace of the class and how many people are in the room. It’s a good idea to bring a light sweater that you can put on or take off as needed. For reformer and barre, grip socks are ideal. Yoga, on the other hand, is done barefoot.

  • Please bring your own mat for yoga/pilates mat/barre. If you have a yoga block, you may bring that as well, however we have blocks and props available to borrow. A water bottle is a good idea, though we have water and tea free of charge available at the studio.

  • Yes, yes, and yes.

Signing up online ahead of time is required for all classes. Some of our classes tend to fill up, so registering sooner is better.

For cancellations, we require 24 hours notice for yoga/mat pilates/barre classes, and 36 hours for reformer classes. Class card holders and per class members who are late cancel or no-show will forfeit the class from their card; unlimited members will be automatically charged a drop in fee. Cancellations must be done in your mindbody account. Cancellations made via text, email, or social media messaging will not be accepted.
